I am completely impressed with this mini-book Jayne B. Lyons made & sent to me in a package of mail art that included new Asemic Front collabs also.
As I recall, I sent Jayne a bunch of material for collabs including some concrete starters (that we can also call vispo!). She certainly turned the mess into something greater than it first was.
With collabs I often feel as if I am sending someone a partially finished puzzle with the unspoken message, "Here, you finish it because I give up." I admit I sometimes send friends unfinished things I was not able to resolve myself.
Until now I've only observed the mini-book phenom from afar, recognizing much is being done with this genre in mail art & beyond. Thanks to Jayne I have this wonderful, one-of-a-kind mini. A fab collab!
